Accent Southwest Windows and Doors just completed a second project for us. Carlos D. and Moises S arrived on time, and completed our window installation quickly and efficiently. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up the job site perfectly when they were done. We've done lots of projects over the years and it is a pleasure to work with such a professional, well run company. Our sales rep Paul Dennis and the accounting department were also easy to work with and responsive to our questions.

After our neighbors had a top-notch experience with Accent Southwest Windows & Doors, we called them about a new entry door and adding a couple new windows to darker spaces in our house. Norm came to take a look and give us our options. He's highly knowledgeable and very friendly. He took the time to explain everything to us and answer our myriad of questions. We also decided to replace the aging windows in our house at the same time. When the exciting time came for the installation we met Carlos D., Moises S. and Jose G., the installation team. All three are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled. While chatting with them we learned Carlos has nearly a decade of windows/doors installation experience in addition to many other trades skills. The team worked efficiently, expertly and tirelessly putting in long days to expand our entry door area to accommodate side lights, cutting out the new window areas, installing the new windows and replacing the existing windows. All told, we had six replacement windows, a replacement sliding glass door, a new entry way and door and two new windows installed in just three days. Their attention to detail was amazing and they did a great job of cleaning up after their work was done. We couldn't have asked for a better team. We are in love with our new doors, new windows and replacement windows--it all really transformed our house. The image in my review shows the new door and one of the new windows on the far right. Over the course of two service visits, they replaced my worn-out door molding and the bottom weather sweep, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, the customer service was top-notch. Scheduling the appointments was a breeze, and their team was incredibly accommodating with finding a time that worked for me. They were punctual, arriving at the scheduled time, which is always a good sign of a professional company. During the first visit, the technician arrived with all the necessary tools and materials to assess and replace the door molding. The installation itself was carried out with precision and care. For the second visit, they replaced the bottom weather sweep, which had deteriorated from the harsh southwestern UV, causing drafts and energy inefficiencies. Again, the technician demonstrated their expertise and quickly replaced the weather sweep, leaving no room for air leaks. I immediately noticed the improved insulation and how it helped to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. Throughout both visits, the Accent Southwest team exhibited the utmost professionalism and courtesy. They were friendly, respectful, and considerate of my property. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving my home tidy and free of any debris. Moreover, the quality of the materials used in the replacements was outstanding. Tony and Luis were my professional window installers. They did an awesome job putting in my windows and I like how they picked up after themselves to clean up all the debri from the windows. I also liked how they answered all my questions I had for them. Thank you guys

I can say this is the best decision I made Using Southwest windows. They have the best, most polite and knowledgeable crews you can ask for. I have had them replace my windows front door, rear sliding door and added a new sliding door to my house. I can not recommend enough. I don’t remember the names of everyone but all were polite, From the people answering the phones to the workers all the way to the owner. On top of it all Jesse ( the owner ) is always there if you have any questions or concerns. Best company you can have work on your house. If I could would give more stars for on time work and completion of work. SouthWest Windows have been called to my house three times so far and will be calling them again.

I was very pleased with all phases of my project. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable—answering all my questions as well as providing excellent recommendations. The doors came more quickly than expected and the scheduling process was fast and efficient. The installation team (Luis and Tony) was prompt, worked quickly and was personable and professional. The new door frame looks great and there was NO damage to the surrounding walls. They left the work area very clean and carefully explained all the features of the new doors. Great customer service from start to finish.

Today we had our windows replace with double pane picture windows and we love them. Antonio and Luis installed them within the time frame we were quoted and did an excellent job. They were friendly and did a professional job through out the whole process. We highly recommend them.

Wow! What a great experience! I had three windows replaced. From estimate to install every person I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. Thanks to the people on the phone, Jesse for the clear and concise estimate, my installers Paul & Kyle, and my stucco guy Jose. The only hard part was waiting for windows to arrive, but they came sooner than expected and the install was fast! Paul and Kyle were a great team, confident and tidy with each step involved. I have several more windows that will eventually need to be replaced and this company has earned my loyalty!

Outstanding experience! Highest recommendation! Jesse was professional and very knowledgeable. We appreciated that he didn't play any games or use any gimmicks to show and sell the product. Our project was comparatively small, a replacement sliding door and two windows, but both windows involved a bit of carpentry. The office notified us when our door/windows arrived and again a couple days before installation. The installers, Paul and Kyle, were prompt, polite, professional and very competent. The tape/texture guy, Alonzo, did a great job as well. Sadly, I can't remember the guys who patched the stucco, but their work was outstanding. They matched the texture perfectly. All the craftsmen made a concerted effort to clean up. Oh, and we're very happy with the product.

We are very happy with our new sliding glass door! Antonio and Luis did such an amazing job. They were prompt, professional and did a beautiful job on the install. I don't even think I will need to touch up any paint! Thank you so much for transforming our dining room!!
